Tee aus Zinnkraut

Vorbereitungszeit: 30 Minuten | Kochzeit: 10-15 Minuten

Zutaten für 1,5 l Zinnkraut Tee:

  • 1,6 l kaltes Wasser

  • 6 gehäufte TL Zinnkraut

  • ein Kochtopf aus Glas oder Keramik

 

Zur Vorbereitung stellt man zunächst ein Mazerat, einen Kaltansatz aus dem Zinnkraut her. Dadurch löst sich die Kieselsäure aus der Pflanze. Dafür die Zutaten in einem Glaskrug mindestens 30 Minuten oder alternativ über Nacht einweichen lassen. Verwenden Sie bitte keinen Metalltopf. In der Chinesischen Medizin sagt man: Metall schneidet Holz. Ich achte deshalb bei der Zubereitung von Kräutertees immer darauf, Glas oder Keramiktöpfe zu verwenden.

Nach dem Einweichen den Sud 10-15 Minuten sanft kochen. Am Ende den Tee in eine Thermoskanne absieben.

Die 1,5 Liter Tee über den Tag verteilt trinken. Der Tee darf auf keinen Fall gesüßt werden. Das würde seine Wirkung Wasseransammlungen im Bindegewebe aus zu leiten völlig entgegen wirken. Egal welches Süßmittel man benutzt: der süße Geschmack befeuchtet den Körper. Das will man an dieser Stelle überhaupt nicht. Viel besser ist es, den Tee ungesüßt und in ausreichender Mende mehrere Tage hintereinander zu trinken. Erst dann spürt man die Wirkung dieses wunderbaren milden Tees.
